Communication Network Monitoring and Management

The TopoNet monitoring system is a user-friendly computer application designed for monitoring and managing all products distributed by TTC MARCONI, enabling their system integration in complex projects. It is a continuation of the DORIS 2000/2010 monitoring series, transitioning to the standardized SNMP protocol within TCP/IP network environments.

TopoNet provides a common graphical interface and monitoring network infrastructure functions for management, integrated applications, and unified monitoring of network elements (NE) represented by various devices. It provides a comprehensive view with activity indication of monitored objects throughout the network, such as NE discovery, physical maps, logical topology, centralized alarm management, graphs, and statistical information. It also allows authorized zone access to sections during administrative partitioning. TopoNet offers event and trap processing, filtering, suppression, propagation, categorization, alarm resolution process support, and a graphical representation of the device view.
